Aww, so sorry to hear about Jim! I am thinking of each of you, praying the Lord comfort you. My heart breaks for you. I hope you can draw comfort from one another. Jim was such a great guy! He was fun, and always had a smile on his face. I really enjoyed getting to know him as an adult. We worked together for a few years here at the city. He was always a joy to be around! I never heard him say a bad word about anyone ever! He began a lottery pool here at our office. For years after leaving the city he was faithful to come by and pick up our money for the lottery pool!! He enjoyed dreaming and talking about winning as much as we did!! He was a great man on integrity, he was a man one could respect! Be proud, you had a super husband, father, and grandpa! He was so proud of his kids and grand kids! He would speak of them often!! Please just know there are many in the community praying for you, that care for you!

Joyce and family---sending deepest sympathy for your loss. Know that Jim is with the Lord free of pain and suffering is gone. He will forever be your Guardian Angel. Jim, now you rest peacefully with the Lord---your earthly life is over but your Forever life with the Lord is beginning. May you all find comfort, in time, knowing that Jim is free of all earthly bonds and lives gloriously with the Lord. Again, deepest sympathy and prayers for your healing and comfort--- Your Iowa Friends
