I can't tell you thank you enough for the compassionate, kind, professional and friendly service you provided for our family. You showed up and treated everyone in our family so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. You didn't rush us and truly slowed down and just helped walk us through each step of the way to make a service honoring my Dad. You were so considerate of our feelings and emotions at a very hard journey in our lives.

Jones funeral home was amazing from start to finish with the services of my dad. They were compassionate and caring and made us feel so loved during a very difficult time. Services and service was to notch. They go above and beyond to comfort grieving families with a high level of dignity.

Richard and his family has known our family for over 40 years, and the way that he went above and beyond for dads service is beyond words for us, He went over everything and suggested a few things my family would of missed. The majority of John's family is not from St. James, so it was extremely nice of Richard to open up on a Friday night in order for us to finalize the details while we were all in town together. Honestly, the last people you want to do business with is a funeral home because it means someone has passed away. That being said, Richard made our experience an easier one and let us mourn the loss of our father, husband, uncle, brother, and friend instead of worrying about the details. Richard and his staff were on top of their game during our time of need and we will forever be grateful for this.

Thank you doesn't seem like enough to say for the Professionalism and the genuine kindness caring and paying attention to detail that was provided to Our dysfunctional family.... The Jones family most certainly goes above and beyond to provide a Beautiful service in a Warm caring environment.... Losing a loved one is never Easy and thru the process of losing our Daddy and Momma's husband of almost 57 years Richard certainly helped ease the pain (even providing a Few Laughs making memories) and Went Above and beyond with seeing to our Family's needs....

Mr. Richard Jones of Jones Funeral Home helped me in marking the grave of a great grandfather, Devolco V. W. Scruggs, who died in 1920. The stone was set yesterday, February 29, 2016. It is exactly what I had hope for--even more since I didn't know the name "Scruggs" would also appear on the back of the stone. Since the exact location of the grave has been long forgotten at Miles Cemetery, the stone was erected as a memorial stone for a man who has been too long forgotten. All his descendants who contributed are very pleased. Thank, Mr. Jones.

Just want to say that Mr. Jones goes beyond to make the families loss easier. The littlest things that the family would not think of to do he did. I cannot express enough how thankful I am at what Mr. Jones did for my mom Joan Glenn to make her loss so much easier which in its self is so hard. Thank you from the bottom of my heart an the family for all you did for my family. You were so professional but yet so caring I could not have ask for better. Again thank you.
