Patti and Mary, So sorry to read of your dad's passing. I am quite sure my parents and yours are up there having a grand old time. They were the best of friends. My heart goes out to you both as losing a parent is never easy. Dads always hold a very special place in their daughters hearts. Prayers to all of your family.

Mr. George was a special part of my childhood. As a little girl at First Baptist Church, I always knew he was going to give me a hug and a smile every week. He was even known to pull out a handful of change or candy from his pocket each week and give them to me too! :) He was like a grandpa to me in the church. I am thankful to have known him as a child and will continue to treasure those memories! Prayers for your family as you mourn your loss, yet also celebrate a wonderful life radiant with the joy of Christ.
