I'm sorry to hear about Don. I was his secretary when he was Director of Admissions at Boys & Girls Town. I admired his standards and good humor. I also remember his headlight theory.

I worked with Don at BGTM for several years. I remember Don's headlight theory. You were to come to work with headlights on and leave with headlights on. He also liked to have at least two or maybe three copies of everything. I enjoyed working with him.

I had forgotten about the Headlight Theory, Dorothy! He also said, "If it isn't in writing, it doesn't exist!" I'll always remember that. So happy I was able to know him.
