I met Rick in 7th grade and was blessed to be friends with him through junior & senior high school as well as at Missouri State. As kids, Rick was always smiling & pulling pranks on everyone. His grit & determination in fighting back from the injuries he suffered in the motorcycle accident were amazing. Paula, I'm so glad you and Rick were able to attend our high school reunion several years ago. It was wonderful to see the love poured out on him that night by his classmates. You and your family will remain in my prayers.

Paula,Casey,Zach and Ryan, Stu and I just found out about the passing of Rick. We are so sorry for your loss. Rick was a wonderful man,we love all the fond memories we have of him. We appreciate all the help he gave Ryan when he was struggling a year ago. Rick was always a forgiving and caring person, he will be greatly missed. Paula, I am so sorry for your loss. As soon as I met Rick with you in Springfield I could tell he loved life, good music and you. He was gracious and welcoming and I can't imagine him ever treating anyone differently. When I think of seeing you guys together I'll always hear him yelling "Banjo!" to the band!
