It was such a pleasure to get to know General. I will always hold dear the time I spent with him, particularly praising our Lord with song. I look forward to seeing him again at the Eastern Gate in the House of Our Lord. I will be praying for your family as you say, "Until we meet again." And during the interim until you can be together again. With much love and affection.

Leon was one of God's 'gentle men' on this earth, he was always smiling and joking with everyone he came in contact with. Martha and I pray that God will comfort Mary and the rest of our family at this time of the loss of Leon's presence on this earth!

I will always remember our visits to uncle Leon and aunt Mary's place when we were growing up. We always had a great time with them and the girls and Joey. The trips to Merrimac springs, cooking out and especially his homemade ice cream! His stories always made us laugh and he and dad talking about their growing up days was fun also. He will be greatly missed by all. Love to aunt Mary and all the family.
