Penny Dale (Sansoucie) Curtner

Penny Dale Curtner of St. James, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at her home in St. James, Missouri. She was 45 years of age.

Penny, the daughter of the Jack Sansoucie and Dorothy (Hemme) Sansoucie, was born July 15, 1978 in Rolla, Missouri.

She is survived by her children: Kayleigh Bryant (Austin) of Holts Summit, Missouri; Dalton Curtner (Ashley) of Cuba, Missouri; Chase Curtner of St. James, Missouri; and William Curtner of St. James, Missouri; mother, Dorothy Sansoucie of St. James, Missouri; and sisters, Christina Sansoucie of St. James, Missouri and Joyce Christeson of St. James, Missouri.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Sansoucie; her brother, Jackie Sansoucie; and her grandparents.

Penny loved to be outside spending time with her family and friends. Her grandkids held a very special place in her heart as well as her nieces and nephews. She liked fishing and rock hunting along the creeks. Many weekends were spent swimming and kayaking on the Meramec River. She also enjoyed camping.

Memorial service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Jones Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Bartle officiating.
