Patricia Ann (Dierberg) Rinehart

Patricia Ann Rinehart of Rolla, MO passed away Saturday morning November 21, 2020 at the Rolla Presbyterian Manor. She was 77 years of age.

She was born May 30, 1943 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of the late Walter and Ruth Dalton Dierberg.

On December 18, 1965 in St. James, she was united in marriage to Martin Paul Rinehart.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, one son: Scott Rinehart and wife Angie of Columbia, MO and one daughter Karen Jones and her husband Dean of Salem, MO. She has 4 very precious grandchildren: Colby Rinehart, Martin Jones, Lindsay Rinehart and Katherine Jones.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Ruth Moreland.

Patty was an educator for 30 years.  She taught in Washington, MO for 2 years, at a country school outside of Rolla for a year, and the remaining years as a second grade teacher at Wyman Elementary in Rolla, MO.  She was also a Sunday School teacher and helped with Day School at the Rolla Church of Christ.

Her hobbies and interests included scrapbooking, tending her flower garden, reading magazines, and listening to music.  She was a kind and caring person who loved to bake and cook meals for others.   

Patricia Rinehart will lie in state Tuesday November 24, 2020 at 12 noon until Service time at 2:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James. Burial will be in the family plot at the Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jack Butler, Wally Moreland, Randy Rinehart, Brad Bunyard, Steve Helterbrand and Jamie Rinehart. Memorials may be given to the Oak Grove Cemetery.
