He is survived by his beloved daughter, Stephanie Meurer, and husband, John of St. James; two brothers: T. J. Feeler and wife, Lynn of Sikeston, MO and Warren Feeler and wife, Joyce of Vichy, MO grandson, J Meurer and wife, Shea of Vichy and granddaughter, Whitney Toosley and husband, Daniel of Jefferson City, along with five great-grandchildren, JV, Emma, McKenna, Sadie and Brooklyn, a dear family friend Pati Cox and his right-hand man Ron Williams.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann; parents, Hub and Olive Feeler and sister, Alma Feeler.
Norman was a loving father and grandfather; he was a great friend to many. Norman grew up on the family farm in Vichy and was called to the Military in 1961. After attending schooling for heating and cooling, he owned and operated Feeler Service Company for 45 years. Norman enjoyed raising cattle and with the help of his family, he raised cattle for many years on the Brune Century Farm in Brinktown and the Feeler Century Farm in Vichy. Norman loved people. Anytime you saw Norman, he always had time to visit and tell a joke or two and had great joy out of seeing people laugh at his stories. He loved his family and especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He loved watching them playing their sports; he also enjoyed watching the Cardinals Baseball, especially when they were winning. Norman never did anything halfway; everything was finished and done the correct way. He was known for his knack for finding things to fix even if he had someone else fix it. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
