Helen Faye Plank

Helen Faye Plank of St. James, Mo. passed away on Sunday November 17, 2019 at the St. James Living Center in St. James, Mo. She was 86 years of age.

Helen Faye Plank was born on August 10, 1933 in St. Louis, Mo. to her parents: Louie Dillon and Grace Louisa Tomlinson Plank.

Helen Faye Plank loved to sew and did sewing for her sisters when they were growing up. She was more than a big sister, she was always there for them and for the family. Helen Faye Plank worked for the telephone company in St. James as the business secretary for many years for Jack Bartruff. She then worked for the St. James School for over 40 years.

Helen Faye Plank is survived by three sisters: Janet Grace Snelson of St. James, Mo.; Patsy Ruth Pilger of St. James, Mo.; and Joyce Ann Wiseman of Florissant, Mo., along with nieces and nephews.

Ms.Plank is preceded in death by her parents one brother Louie Plank and one niece Kim Pilger.

Helen Faye Plank will lie in state from 11 to 12 on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.

Funeral Services for Helen Faye Plank will be on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 12 Noon at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo. with Stephen Brubaker officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will be in the St. James Cemetery.
