Eugene Bonham Obituary

Eugene Lark Bonham of Tucson, Arizona passed away on July 06, 2018 in Tucson, Arizona.  He was 91 years, 2 months and 26 days of age.

Eugene Bonham was born on April 13, 1927 to his parents: Herbert R. and Martha L. Bonham.  Eugene Bonham was united in marriage to Maureen Ruth John Bonham on November 11, 1950 in Tucson, Arizona.  To this union five sons were born.

Mr. Bonham was a 26 year Career Veteran. He was a Fire Chief with the United States Air Force and served his country proudly for 26 years.

Eugene Bonham is survived by four sons: David Bonham and wife Nancy of Tucson, Arizona; Steven Bonham and wife Cindy of Granite Bay, California; Larry Bonham and wife Kim of Los Altos Hills, California; James Bonham of Elk Grove, California.  Along with 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Further survived by sister-in-law Maxine Copeland of St. James and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Eugene Bonham in death are his wife Maureen Bonham parents: Herbert R. and Martha L. Bonham; one son: Charles Bonham; brothers: Harold, Herbert, Max, Victor and Charles Bonham; sisters: Catherine Bonham House and Inez Babineau Bonham.

Full Military Graveside services will be conducted on July 11, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the Broadway Memorial Cemetery in St. James, Mo. with Jerry Baumann officiating.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.  Burial in the Broadway Memorial Cemetery  in St. James beside his wife Maureen John Bonham. Memorials may be given to the Broadway Memorial Cemetery Sign Fund.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
