Eileen Bock of Vichy, MO passed away Wednesday morning November 18, 2020 at the Stone Bridge Nursing Home in Owensville. She was 90 years of age.
Mrs. Bock was born May 11, 1930 in Vichy, MO the daughter of the late Floyd S. and Oma Elizabeth Hutson Moreland.
On December 26, 1947 at Cuba, MO she was united in marriage to Arlis Joseph Bock. He entered into rest March 23, 2017.
She is survived by three sons: Larry Bock and wife Donna of St. James, MO, Dwayne Bock and wife Susan of Belle, MO and Kevin Bock of St. James, and friend Verlee Foust, along with 7 grandchildren: Carrie Hayes, Marcie Schroeder, Trevor Bock, Amy Ybarra, Travis Bock, Lesley Valencia and Lara Siders, and 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great Grandchildren.
Eileen Bock is preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter-in-law Carol, two brothers Lloyd and James Moreland and sister Viola Parrish, and 2 great grandchildren.
Eileen was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to take care of her family, having a husband and three boys she was kept very busy, but had time to enjoy her flowers. She loved to cook and in the summer months she cared for a garden and enjoyed canning. She attended the Vichy Community church for many years. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Private Graveside Services will be at the Hickory Grove Cemetery in Vichy, MO., with Gary Lane officiating. Laverne and Claudine Parrish will sing at the cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO.
