Dennis Earl Martin

Dennis Earl Martin of St. James, MO passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at Phelps Health in Rolla, MO.  He was 69 years of age.

He was born on April 1, 1953 to Wilford and Velma Martin in Jefferson City, MO.  He was united in marriage to Diana Lynn Copeland on June 16, 1984.

He is survived by his wife, Diana of St. James, MO; two daughters:  Christina Martin(Frisco Martin) of Rolla, MO and Brandy Bullock (Shawn Foster) of Springfield, MO; two brothers:  Bill Martin(Wanda Martin) of Grey Summit, MO and Frank Martin(Louise Martin) of Chamois, MO; six grandchildren:  Riley Martin, Faith Bullock, Stephen Bullock, Vincent Martin, Austin Bullock, and Zachary Martin and three great grandchildren:  Zayne Martin, Alayna Bullock, and Rylynn Renae Bullock.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Velma Martin; his father, Wilford Martin; three brothers:  Fred Martin, Gayle Martin and James Clay Martin and two sisters:  Dorothy Moreland and Olive Taylor.

Dennis Martin was a loving man who loved spending time with his family.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, putting model cars together, and playing board and card games.  He liked watching John Wayne movies and Tom and Jerry classic cartoons.  He was deeply loved by his family, and he will be greatly missed.

Dennis will lie in state 5-8 PM Friday, June 10, 2022 at Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO.
