Conner Edwin Peterman

Connor Edwin Peterman, infant son of Derek and Ginger Peterman of St. James, MO, passed from this life just as he entered into it at approximately 8:20am on the morning of Friday, February 11, 2022, at MU Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Columbia, MO.

Connor was preceded in death by his grandfather, Keith Peterman, of Jerome, MO, his great-grandmother Genevieve Southard, of St. James, MO, and his great grandparents Reba and Kenneth Brinkley of Jerome, MO and great grandfather Jim Peterman, of Vienna, MO. He will be sorely missed by parents Derek and Ginger Peterman of St. James, grandparents Katy Peterman of Jerome, David and Diana Southard of St. James, uncles Kevin Peterman and Arthur Southard, and great grandmother Shirley Peterman of Vienna, aunt Ashley Hughes and husband Brian Hughes, and cousins Raiden, Liam, and Aubree Hughes of St. James, as well as dozens of extended family.

Although he lived only a short while, Connor left an indelible mark upon the lives of his parents, his family, and all who looked upon him during his short time on this earth. He will forever be remembered as his Mom and Dad’s perfect little miracle baby, the apple of his grandparents’ eye, and the guardian angel of those who loved and cherished him.

Visitation for Baby Connor will be held from 10am until 1pm at Jones Funeral Home of St. James, MO, with funeral services to follow at 1pm on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Connor will be interred beside his great grandparents at Harrison-Pillman Cemetery outside of Jerome, MO. A dinner will be held following these services at St. James Christian Church in St. James, MO for all those who wish to attend. For all those who wish to support the family in this time of grief, donations will be accepted toward the purchase of Connor’s gravestone and medical expenses. These donations are greatly appreciated. Donations may be made out to the Jones Funeral Home at 2000 South Meramec, St. James, MO.
