Cathiene Rae (Wagner) Stamm

Cathiene Rae Wagner Stamm of St. James passed away suddenly on January 9, 2021 at Phelps Health in Rolla, MO. She was 56 years of age.

She was born July 9, 1964 in Springfield, MO, the daughter of the late Eugene Allen and Geraldine Mae Parks Wagner.

Cathie(Moo) as she was know by her family and friends was married to Kenneth Butts. After his passing, she married Robert Stamm on December 28, 2002, who entered into rest in August 5, 2008.

Cathy Stamm is survived by sons: Alex R. Wagner and wife, Ashley of Rolla, Jake Gerald Wagner Butts of St. James and Jack Eugene Wagner Butts of St. Charles, MO; sisters: Vicky Edwards and husband, Bill of Taos, MO, Jeanne Wagner and Bill Bahr of Wesco, MO, Kimber Bischoff and husband, Dale of Citrus Springs, Florida and Paula Wagner and Robert Bates of St James and grandchildren: Jeydon Wagner, Bentley Wagner and Aubrey Wagner all of Rolla. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other family and a host of friends.

Cathy was a 1982 graduate of John F. Hodge High School in St. James. She was a people person who loved her family and friends. She enjoyed country music and board games; she loved to travel. She was an avid animal lover. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at 2-4 p.m. Saturday January 23, 2021 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James. Closing Prayer will be held at 4:00 p.m. by Alan Wynn. Memorials may be given to the Rehabilitation Services of the Blind.
