Obituary

Wilma A. Hashagen of St. James formerly of St. Louis, Mo., passed away Friday May 23, 2008 at the Cuba Nursing Home in Cuba, Mo. She was 91 years 7 months and 26 days of age.

Wilma A. Hashagen was born September 28, 1916 at St. Louis, the daughter of the late William and Clara Frieling Pohlmann.

She was united in marriage to Elmer J. Hashagen, May 3 1947. He entered into rest July 7, 1978.

Wilma A. Hashagen is survived by two children: Carol A. Fox and husband Stanley of Bella Vista, Arkansas and Richard W. Hashagen and wife Sherry of St. James. She is survived by five grandchildren: Catherine Simmons, Stanley L. Fox II, Lorraine Fox, Brian Hashagen and Misty Laster., three great grandchildren: Kevin Doyle, David Hashagen and Leah Laster., two great great grandchildren: Kainoah Doyle and Broady Doyle. Further survived by one Brother: Dr. Vernon Pohlmann of Norman, IL., two Nephews: James Pohlmann of Bloomington, Il., and Prof. Kenneth Pohlmann of Miami, Florida., along with two great nephews: Michael Pohlmann and Kevin Pohlmann.

Mrs. Hashagen lived most of her life in St. Louis, where she was born and where she raised her family. She was said to be one of the best Comptometer Operators in St. Louis.

Services
Graveside Services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday May 27, 2008 at Bethlehem Cemetery in St. Louis.
