Virginia Darlene Gorman of St. James, Missouri passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her home. She was 81 years of age.

Darlene, the daughter of the late Ora Emmett and Ethel Christean (Ragan) Willis, was born June 12, 1943 in Newburg, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Ruddy Gorman on May 17, 1980 in Doolittle, Missouri.

Darlene is survived by her husband, Ruddy Gorman of St. James, Missouri; four daughters: Linda Rickerson of Missouri; Rhonda Sedillo of Alamagordo, New Mexico; Kelli Ferrell of Rolla, and Amanda Meyer of Springfield, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Kevin Knock; brothers: Robert Donald Overshon, Joseph Wayne Overshon, Curtis Overshon, and Leslie Ora Willis; sisters: Mary Lee Overshon, Juanita Brinkley, Patsy Fern Karnes, and Sharon Ivon McCrite.

She enjoyed collecting antiques, especially Blue Willow dishes in the Japanese pattern. She loved gambling, smoking, and drinking Cherry Pepsi.

Darlene's cremains are in the care of her loving family.
