Vernon L. Olives Jr. of St. James, Mo. passed away on November 21, 2014 at the University Hospital in Columbia, Mo. Vernon Olives was 61 years, 7 months and 29 days of age.

Vernon L. Olives Jr. was born on March 23, 1953 in San Jose, California to his parents: Vernon L. Olives Sr. and Salvinsall.

Vernon Olives Jr. was a laborer. He served his country in the Army National Guard. He was a loving father and grandfather. Vernon was the president of Secret Bones of St. James, Mo. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Vernon Oliver Jr. is survived by his companion: Diana Streb, two daughters: Kimberly Schroeder and Jennifer Schroeder both of St. James, Mo.; along with two grandchildren: Lillee and Anthony Ferguson.

Preceding Vernon Olive Jr. is his parents: Vernon L. Olives Sr. and Salvinsall Olives; along with brothers and sisters.

Services
Visitation for Vernon Olives Jr. will be on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 from 12 noon till 2:00 PM time of service at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.

Funeral services for Vernon Olives Jr. will be conducted on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 2 P.M. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo. with Mike Stephens officiating. Joe Black, Ryan Hills, Billy Huelt, Thomas Mitchell, Allan Rose, and Rick Atkinson will be pallbearers. Burial will full Military Honors be in the Wishon Cemetery in rural St. James, Mo.

Memorials may be given to the Olives Family.
