Obituary

Teresa Lynn Happle passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at her home in rural St. James, Missouri. She was 51 years, 11 months and 9 days of age.

Teresa Happle was born on May 13, 1957 to her parents: Lloyd and Louise (Bailey) Terry in Fort Ord, California. She was united in marriage to Eric Happle on September 10, 1983 in St. James, Missouri.

Teresa's quote: I believe you have to be the same person everywhere. She loved spending time with her grandkids: Jamie and Jake. She enjoyed the outside doing gardening. She loved to cook, collect Coca Cola cans and Hershey's cans, talking to people and just enjoying life. If there was someone Teresa didn't know she would call them Hon or Sweetie. She was a sweetheart to everyone even if she didn't know them. She loved her kids very much. Teresa and her daughter, Casey enjoyed spending time together, going shopping, out to eat, cooking and working together. Her son, Devin she loved seeing him when he came down to visit and talking on the phone. She loved both of her kids very, very much. She got her baby boy and baby girl like she wanted. Teresa loved all of her grandkids and she spoiled them rotten. She made sure she had everything from clothes to candy. Everyday she would call and check up on her grandkids because her grandkids meant the world to her. Eric and Teresa enjoyed spending time together driving around in the countryside, working outside together, being together all the time; and babysitting their grandkids.

Teresa Happle is survived by her husband of the home: Eric Happel of St. James, Missouri; one son: Devin Klossner of Chamois, Mo.; one daughter: Casey Hoevel and husband Mitchell of Rolla, Missouri; father: Lloyd Terry of Vienna, Missouri; six brothers: Bill Cook and Donnie Cook of Cuba, Missouri; Gary Cook of Salem, Missouri; Mitch Terry of Vienna, Missouri; Mike and Lanny Terry of Rolla, Missouri; two sisters: Marilyn Boyce of Branson, Missouri; and Mary Snethren of West Plains, Missouri; and three grandchildren: Jamie and Jake Hoevel of Rolla, Missouri; Blayden Klossner of Licking, Missouri; a host of family and friends.
