Shirley Mae Parrish of Rolla, Mo. passed away at the Rolla Health and Rehabilitation Center on Monday, February 10, 2014. Shirley Parrish was 77 years, 9 months, and 13 days of age.

Shirley Parrish was born on April 28, 1936 in St. Louis, Mo. to her parents Hunter B. and Emma A. Copeland Craig. Shirley Craig was united in marriage to Everett Eugene Parrish on November 25, 1953 at the St. James Christian Church in St. James, Mo.

Shirley Parrish was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in St. James, Mo. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Shirley Parrish will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Shirley Parrish is survived by two daughters: Brenda Meziere and husband David of Lee, Florida; and Rita Parrish of Rolla, Mo.; sister: Beverly Stuckmeyer of St. Louis, Mo.; granddaughter: Cynthia Earle and husband Danny; great grandson: Jonathon Earle and extended family and friends.

Preceding Shirley Parrish in death is her husband: Everett Gene Parrish on December 14, 2008; and her parents: Hunter B. and Emma A. Copeland Craig.

Services
Visitation for Shirley Parrish will be on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 6 - 8 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10 AM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo. with Mick Thrasher officiating. Organist will be Charlet Hemme; vocalist will be Kaye Faulkner and songs will be: What A Friend We Have In Jesus and Beulah Land. Pallbearers will be: Ed Gabel, Bob Mounce, Shannon Roark, Leon Conway, Harold Kaufman and Scott Bartle.

Burial will be in the Broadway Memorial Cemetery in rural St. James, Mo.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
