Sherrill Beatrice White, born on December 3, 1979, passed away suddenly on May 25, 2026, at Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri. Her unexpected departure has left a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her. Sherrill was a woman who lived with a selfless spirit, always thinking about the needs of someone else, embodying kindness and generosity in every aspect of her life.
Throughout her career, Sherrill dedicated her efforts to serving others, working at at Westphalia Stone Bridge Senior Living in Westphalia, Missouri and later, at Caseys where she made donuts with a joyful heart. Her work reflected her compassionate nature, and she took great pride in being a part of these communities.
Sherrill’s love for life was evident not just in her career but also in the vibrant joys she embraced. She had a remarkable gift for nurturing life, always providing vegetable plants to her family. From carefully growing everything from seed to dividing the thriving plants among loved ones, she shared her green thumb with those around her. Beyond gardening, Sherrill cherished painting rocks and learning to care for the fish in her aquarium, revealing her tender connection to nature and creativity.
Animals held a special place in Sherrill’s heart, especially horses and her beloved dog, Copper. She found peace and delight in kayaking along the Meramec River and simply being outdoors, immersing herself in the natural world she so deeply appreciated. Music also brought immense joy to her life, spanning the spectrum from country to hard rock. Attending concerts with her family stood out as some of her proudest and happiest moments, creating lasting memories woven with laughter and love.
Among her many touching virtues was her thoughtful habit of sending birthday cards to every family member, an enduring reminder of how much she treasured her loved ones and sought to make each person feel valued.
Sherrill’s family survives her, holding her memory close with love and reverence. She is mourned by her mother, Laurie Roark of St. James, Missouri; her sons, Dalton Bialczyk (Mary) of Rolla, Missouri, and Jason White of Belle, Missouri; and her daughters, Brittany White of Belle, Missouri, Madison White of Lebanon, Missouri, Cloie Schneider of St. James, Missouri, and Dakota Saunders of St. James, Missouri. She is also survived by Faron Roark Jr. (Jacqueline) of St. James, Missouri and Everett Roark of St. James, Missouri. Her loving spirit lives on in her three grandchildren: Gunner Bialczyk, Arlo White, and Bennett Wells.
Sherrill was preceded in death by her father, Faron Roark and her sister-in-law, Crystal Roark, whose memory she cherished.
A graveside service to honor and remember Sherrill Beatrice White will be held on May 29, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM at Oak Ridge Cemetery, located on Thurman Lake Road in Cuba, Missouri, offering family and friends a moment to reflect and celebrate the beautiful life Sherrill shared with them. The service will be officiated by Pastor Gene Roark of Heartland Gospel Church of Steelville, Missouri.
Sherrill’s legacy is one of boundless love, generosity, and a gentle spirit that always sought to nurture growth—whether in her plants, her relationships, or in the hearts of those who loved her. Though she has left this world, the seeds of kindness and joy she planted will continue to bloom forever in the lives she touched.
