On November 18, 2023, Sharon Fatka Davis, 78, of St. James MO, passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's.

Sharon worked at Barnes Jewish hospital for 42 years as a very conscientious and loyal employee, where she always took the time to listen to patients and give the best hugs. Sharon was loved by all who met her, and everyone had an instant connection with her. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to see her smile.

Sharon was proceeded in death by her husband David Davis, parents Frank and Dorthy Fatka, and many aunts. She is survived by her sister Kim Gibson, niece and husband Nicole and Vince, great-niece Aurora, many friends and cousins, and her special service dog Candygirl.

Sharon's love was infectious. She will always be remembered as a kind and loving soul and her greatest joy would be that you pass it on to others.

Sharon Fatka Davis will lie in state at 10:00 a.m., Monday November 27th, 2023 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday November 27th, 2023 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James. Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday November 27th, at the Baue Memorial Gardens in St. Charles, MO. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Memorials may be given to the Phelps County Animal Rescue of St. James.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO.
