Robert "Bobby" Neidert of St. James, MO passed away at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO on Tuesday evening, October 11, 2022 after a courageous battle with heart disease. He was 72 years of age.

Bobby was born December 19, 1949, the son of the late Borden and Eunice Parkins Neidert. He was united in marriage to Debbie Ehren on November 29, 1997 in Arkansas.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie Sue Ehren Neidert of St. James. He is the father of 5 children and 2 special children. He is also survived by his dear brother, Dave Ehren; Special Cousins: Ken and Treasa Medley of St. James and Nancy Adams of Steelville, MO; dear sisters: Denise Ettinger and her husband, Louis "Tippy" of Cuba, MO and Diahann and husband, Dale Mocobee of Lake of Ozark, MO. He is the grandpaw and great grandpaw of many grandchildren and friend of many  co-workers of Chrysler and the community.

Bobby loved the outdoors, and  he recently had a lake built behind his house where he loved to fish. Bobby and Debbie turned their little property into a little farm with their beloved dogs and chickens. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Bobby will lie in state from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM on Wednesday,  October 19, 2022 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Graveside Funeral will be conducted at 12:00 PM at the family plot at High Gate Cemetery with Scott John officiating. Pallbearers will be Nick Adams, Tye Adams, Louis Ettinger, Rick Riley, Justice Riley and Bob Gardner.  Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Branson and Ken Medley.

Memorials may be made to Phelps County Animal Rescue or American Heart Association.
