Richard F. Williams passed peacefully with his family by his side on December 24, 2016. Visitation will be 11 AM Wednesday, December 28, 2016 with funeral services at 12 Noon at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, MO. Memorials may be made to Little Prairie Burial Ground.
