Nancy Jane Branstetter of St. James passed away Thursday October 17, 2013 at the Arbors Nursing Home in Cuba, Mo. She was 84 years 5 months and 18 days of age.

Nancy Branstetter was born April 29, 1929 in Larned, Kansas the daughter of the late Gerald and Fay (Nelson) McConnaughhay.

On June 6, 1957 in Ft. Worth, Texas Nancy was united to Don Branstetter. He survives at the family home.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 56 years - Don Branstetter of St. James, brother: Dave McConnaughhay of Kechi, Kansas, sisters: Donnie DeAngelo of Topeka, Kansas and Leona Figgs of Sabetha, Kansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons: Michael Clark Branstetter who entered into rest May 26, 2011 and Larry Branstetter who entered into rest in 1983., Brothers: John and Robert McConnaughhay.

Services
Nancy Branstetter will lie in state from 6-8 pm Sunday October 20, 2013, at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Services for Nancy Branstetter will be conducted 11:00 am Monday October 21, 2013 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James. Burial will be in the Branstetter Cemetery. Memorial may be given to the Branstetter Cemetery.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.
