Monica Marie Terrill of St. James, Missouri passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri. She was 59 years of age.

Monica, the daughter of Hubert Leon Terrill and Verna Mae Pearson, was born August 23, 1965 in St. Louis, Missouri.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Armistead; daughter, Christina Marie Schmitt of St. James, Missouri; son, John Reuben (Sarah) Terrill of Kansas City, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Tiffany Schmitt of St. James, Missouri; brothers, Mike L. Terrill (Tammy) of St. James, Missouri and Bradford John Terrill of Kyle, Texas and Richard Andres of Branson, Missouri; sister, Rycky Lynn Andres of Woodland, Texas ; five grandchildren: Jonathan Elvin Schmitt, Ashley Marie Mundale, Alexis Sueann Michelle DeLuca, Avery Michael Schmitt, and Ruby Terrill; great-grandchild, Haisley May Baumgartner; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Leon and Barbara Terrill, and mother, Verna Pearson; and son, Michael Schmitt.

Monica had a fun loving spirit. She was a country girl through and through. She loved living in the country; she enjoyed riding horses, feeding her chickens, and tending her morning glories and flower baskets on her back deck. She looked forward to being around her friends and listening to country western and classic rock music. She loved the challenge of crossword puzzles.

A memorial service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 4, 202 5 with Bro. Doug Williams officiating at High Gate Baptist Church in St. James, Missouri. Burial will be in the High Gate Baptist Church Cemetery.
