Michael William Grotha of Rolla passed away Tuesday September 17, 2019 at his home. He was 59 years of age.

Mr. Grotha was born January 11, 1960 in Rolla, Mo., the son of the late Allen Paul and Betty Louise Welch Grotha.

Michael Grotha is survived by his fiance Judy Cavender of Rolla, Mo., brothers: Richard Grotha and wife Debbie and Greg Grotha and Shirley Nichols both of St. James, Mo., along with sisters: Donna Brannan and husband Steve of Warsaw, Mo., and Beth Bock and husband Mike of Jefferson City, Mo. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Sister-In-Law: Debbie Adair Grotha and Sister: Diane Church.

Michael worked in the Maintenance Department for over 25 years at S & T in Rolla, Mo.,. He loved to ride his motorcycle and loved Sports Cars. After graduating from high school Michael joined the U.S. Navy and served for 4 years as a boiler maker on the USS Coral Sea. He will be sadly missed.

Graveside Services for the family will be held at the St. James Catholic Cemetery with full military honors.
