Michael Douglas Bedwell of St. James, MO formerly of Jasonville, IN passed away Friday, January 5, 2024 at his home.  He was 74 years of age.

Michael, the son of Roland Eugene and Naomi Ruth (Burke) Bedwell, was born April 4, 1949 in Linton, Indiana.  He was united in marriage to Donna Skinner on December 30, 1972 in Clay City, Indiana.  Michael spent the majority of his career with the Milwaukee Railroad, then in industrial management.  He was an avid muscle car enthusiast who also enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and bargain hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Donna of St. James, MO; two daughters, Adrianne "Lani" Steimle (Ryan) of New Hamburg, MO and Ashley June "AJ" Prawitz (Patrick) of St. James, MO; three brothers: Bruce (Carol) of AR, Kevin (Leigh) of FL, and Layne (Shelly) of TX; and one sister, Jaimie (Bob) of FL; eight grandchildren:  Emma, Hayden, Acie, Maria, Charlotte, Rory, Ember, and Veve.

Graveside services will be 11:00AM Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Clay City, Indiana with Paul Zurcher officiating.
