Mary Darlene Roy passed away Wednesday December 30, 2020 at the St. Clair Nursing Home in St. Clair, MO. She was 82 years of age.

She was born December 21, 1938 in Arkansas the daughter of the late Luther and Ruth Swearingen Ellis.

On 1973 in Orlando, Florida, she was united in marriage to Donald Joseph Roy. He entered into rest November 28, 2013.

Mrs. Roy is survived by one son Allen Smith and his wife Kathryn of St. James, MO. Daughters: Cathy Turnbow of Van Buren, Arkansas and Lisa Ann Ritter and her husband Bill of Rossville, Georgia, along with 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 9 Great-great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday January 9, 2020 with Pastor Allen Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will beside her husband at the St. James Cemetery.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO
