Marie M. Tischer of Rolla, Missouri passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Rolla Manor Nursing Home. She was 89 years, 11 months and 21 days.

Marie was born on December 22, 1918 in St. James, Missouri to her parents: John and Angela (Martini) Schmitz.

Marie is survived by one brother: John Schmitz of Florida, along with nieces and nephews.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents: John and Angela (Martini) Schmitz; her husband: Ervin Tischer; one sister: Susan Hoffmeister; three brothers: Anthony Schmitz, Pete Schmitz, and Joe Schmitz.

Services
Visitation for Marie will held on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 from 10 AM till time of service at 2 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will be in the family plot in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Missouri.

Memorials may be given to Alzheimers Association.
