Maria Leitenmayr of St. James passed away Sat Oct 17, 2008 at the Golden Living Center in St. James, Mo., at the age of 99 years 8 months and 14 days of Age.

Maria Leitenmayr was born in German on February 3, 1909 the daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara Kreis Kaiser.

On January 31, 1940 Maria was united in marriage to Eduward Leitenmayr. He entered into rest in 1949.

Maria Leitenmayr is survived by Daughters: Ingeborg Kaps and husband Pete of St. Peters and Hannelore Abney and husband Bob of St. James., along with 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 5 great-Great Grandchildren.

Services for Maria Leitenmayr will be held 10 am Mon Oct 20 at the Imaculation Conception Catholic Church in St James

Internment will be held in the St James Cemetery.

Maria Leitenmayr will be in state 5-8 pm Sunday Oct 19 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James
Prayer Service will be held at 5 pm Sunday at the Jones Funeral Home
