Margaret Ellen (Redel) Jones of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. Margaret Jones was 94 years, 9 months and 24 days of age.

Margaret Jones was born on April 8, 1917 in Vienna, Missouri to her parents: George J. and Agnes F. (Bade) Redel.

Margaret Jones was a clerk and worked for the St. Louis County Clerks Office in St. Louis, Mo. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Margaret Jones is survived by three daughters: Janice Flake and husband David of Manchester, Mo.; Patricia Clark and husband Bill of Pleasant Hill, Mo.; and Anne Zimmermann of St. Charles, Illinois; three sisters: Virginia Redel of Vienna, Mo.; Mary Agnes Hefferly of Potomic, Maryland; and Jane Frances Sordyl and husband Ralph of Springfield, Illinois; one brother: James Redel and wife Jeannie of Vienna, Mo., along with grandchildren: David L. Flake, Matthew Flake, Jenny Flake, Bill Zimmermann, Grace Zimmermann, and Amy Kirkpatrick; great-granchildren: Amy and Allyson.

Preceding Margaret Jones in death are her parents; her husband: Richard Muncy Jones on October 28, 1975; one daughter: Barbara Jones Krabbe on May 13, 2006; five brothers: Peter Owen Redel on November 11, 2011; John Jerome Redel on July 12, 1927; Cornelius Redel on September 5, 2008; Adrian Redel on July 5, 2001; and George Redel on May 22, 1982; two sisters: Kathleen G. Redel on September 11, 1920; and Marcella G. Redel on May 24, 2003.

Services
Vistiation for Margaret Jones will be on Saturday, February 4, 2012 from 9 - 10 A.M. at the Visitation Catholic Church in Vienna, Mo.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 10 A.M. on Saturday, February 4,2012 at the Visitation Catholic Church in Vienna, Missouri with Monsignor Marion Makarenicz officiating. Burial will be in the family plot in the Visitation Cemetery in Vienna, Missouri.

Memorials may be made to St. Louis Bontanical Gardens or Bethesda Meadows Center in Ellisville, Mo.
