Lucille Agnes Howdeshell of Decatur, Texas, formerly of St. James, Mo. passed away at her home on Saturday, August 10, 2013. Lucy Howdeshell was 87 years, 9 months, and 7 days of age.
Lucy Howdeshell was born on November 3, 1925 to her parents in Watson, Missouri.
Lucy Howdeshell worked in the Food Service as a cook for many years.
Lucy Howdeshell is survived by one son: Charles Howdeshell of Decatur, Texas; and four daughters: Mary Turner of Denison, KS.; Lena Marie Godfrey of Meriden, KS.; Judy Bouse of St. James, Mo.; and Ethel Ann Howdeshell of Beaver Creek, OH.; 16 Grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; nieces, newphews; and many other relatives and friends. Lucy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Lucy Howdeshell is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband: Charles T. Howdeshell on March 13, 1980 and one daughter: Lucille Tollison.
Services
Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Mo. with Pastor Steve Barber officiating.
All arrangements under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
