Lola Rossetta Reed of St. James, MO passed away Tuesday, July 12 at Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla, MO at the age of 80.

Lola Reed was born in Rolla, MO on April 20, 1942, to the late Luther and Addie Watkins Keeney.

Lola is survived by three children: Norman Ford of Newburg, MO, Carol & Martha Ford of Joplin, MO; one sister, Alberta Bullock of Springfield, MO; one sister-in-law, Barbara Keeney of St. James, MO; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Luther & Addie Keeney; one brother, Kenneth Keeney; and her husband, Elbert Reed.

Lola loved collecting unicorns, playing Bingo, and working word search puzzles.  She enjoyed getting pictures of the family as well as getting cards and letters with family news. Lola attended First Assembly of God in St. James, MO.  She will be sadly missed by her family.

Lola Reed's visitation will be Friday, July 15, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at 10:00 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO with Rev. Mick Thrasher officiating.  Pallbearers will be: Dennis Shields, Rev. David Robinson, Matthew Keeney Sr., Freddie Keeney, Donald Keeney, and Matthew Keeney Jr.  Burial will be at High Gate Baptist Cemetery.
