Leonora Babino Mayes of St. James, Missouri passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri. She was 68 years of age.

Leonora, the daughter of Steve Sebetich and Magdalena DeLacerna, was born November 29, 1956 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was united in marriage to Kevin Mayes December of 2024 in St. James, Missouri.

Leonora is survived by her husband, Kevin of St. James, Missouri; four sons: Randolph Babino, Jr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; Joseph Glicker (Shauna) of Mariota, California; Alika Babino of Honolulu, Hawaii; Chuck Emory Mayes (Casey) of Belle, Missouri; four daughters: Rebecca Mayes of Belle, Missouri; Samantha Medeiros ( Joan) of Laughon, Neveda; Leonora Babino (Junior) of Bullhead City, Nevada; Amanda Amlong (Roger) of Titus, Florida; twenty two grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Leonora was a cake decorator for many years; she also enjoyed cooking. She loved sewing, and she made all of her children's clothing. She filled many hours shopping online and finding delicious recipes to make for her family.

Leonora's family will be scattering her ashes in Oahu, Hawaii.
