Laura Francis Perkinson of St. James, Mo. passed away at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo. on May 26, 2017.  She was 83 years, 4 months, and 5 days of age.

Laura Francis Perkinson was born on January 25, 1934 to her parents Thomas George and Thelma Dettling Thronburgh in St. Francois County, Bismarck.

Laura Perkinson was a homemaker and housewife.  She was loved by all who knew her.

Laura Perkinson is survived by her husband: Charles Everett Perkinson Sr.; two sons: Thomas J. Sanchez of Hillsbough, Mo.; and Charles Everett Perkinson Jr. of Columbus, Ohio; two daughters: Karen Sanchez of St. Louis, Mo. and Anita Louise Smith of St. James, Mo.; along with nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Preceding Laura Perkinson in death is her parents: Thomas George and Thelma Dettling Thronburgh; and two  brothers: Thomas Wright Thronburgh and George Washington Thronburgh.

Services will be held at a later date.
