Kaylor Boulware is survived by her parents: Joseph and Michelle Boulware of St. James, Mo.; big brother: Christopher, maternal grandparents: Robert and Betty Williams, and paternal grandparents: Brian and Carolyn Ross, all of Rolla, Mo.

She joins in Heaven her grandfather Danny Joe Boulware and great-grandmother Anna Williams.

Services
A private memorial service is planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kaylor's name to the March of Dimes Foundation. Cards are available at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
