Julie Anne Ratliff passed away on Monday, August 25, 2008 at the University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She was 30 years, 10 months, and 2 days of age.

Julie was born on October 23, 1977 in Rolla, Missouri.

Julie was lovenly raised by Jack and Judith Rose (Howdeshell) Bouse.

Julie loved to spend time with her family. Julie loved to go shop with her mom and sisters, many hours were spent on selecting just the right item. She enjoyed crafts, and spending time with her sisters watching movies.

Surviving Julie is her mother: Judith Rose (Howdeshell) Bouse and step-father: Jack Bouse; two sons: Alexander Ratliff and Seth Sirett, both of Rolla, Missouri; two sisters: Maria Debord and husband Steven of St. James, Missouri; and Reta Carpenter and husband Daniel of Gothenburg, Nebraska, three step-sisters: Deanna Wiggins of Huntsville, Alabama; Susan Ealer of Steelville, Missouri; and Phyllis Lacy of Lonedell, Missouri; two nieces: Vanessa and Katie; one nephew: Tommie and a host of family and friends. Julie will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Services
Julie Ratliff will lie in state Wednesday, August 27, 2008 from 6 - 8 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Thursday, August 28, 2008 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri with Pastor Chuck Whitmire officiating. Pallbearers will be Steven Debord, Tommy Debord, Austin Lacy, Daniel Carpenter, Jimmy Ealer, and Ashley Ealer. Burial will be in the family plot in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Missouri.

Memorials are suggested to the Rusk Rehab - Spinal Cord Injury in Columbia, Missouri.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
