Obituary

Judy Culler of St. James, Missouri was called home with her heavenly father, suddenly on July 20, 2025, at the age of 73.

She was born on May 23, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Jack and Judy Hill Williams.

Judy was a kind, thoughtful, and deeply spiritual woman who brought warmth and love to everyone she encountered.

Judy's greatest joy was spending time with her beloved family. She was renowned for her delicious cooking, especially her famous meatloaf and hamburger gravy, and she had a special fondness for deluxe pizzas from Imo's along with her daily Pepsi and sometimes more.  A woman of simple pleasures, Judy loved doodling and drawing animals. She never missed her soap operas that made her emotional as though the show was true to life. She cherished drives to the Lake of the Ozarks and enjoyed the views of nature. Her final evening was spent doing what she loved most – playing cards and making memories. A memories that will be instilled in the hearts of her entire family, a memories that the family will cherish forever.

Judy is survived by her, son: Dennis Keith Culler Jr. of Caseyville, Illinois; daughters, Judy Daisey Cowee (Brian) of Union, Missouri, and Laura Jackie Wilson of St. James, Missouri; eight precious grandchildren; and three wonderful great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild on the way. She was deeply devoted to her family and her church family at First Baptist Church in St. James.

Please join together to Celebrate the Life of Judy Culler at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 1, 2025 at the First Baptist Church in St. James where she worshiped her Lord with her beloved husband, Dennis Culler, who entered into rest November 14, 2020. Stephen Brubaker will lead the Celebration, including Judy's favorite songs that will be played by her friends, George and Jeanette Ashley. Burial of her ashes, along with Dennis's Ashes will be entombed at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville.

Donations are suggested to the First Baptist Church of St. James.
