Jeffrey Charles Griser of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on January 3, 2006 in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 31 years of age.

Jeffrey was born on October 11, 1974 to his parents: Charles and Betty (Richards) Griser.

Jeffrey was currently the manager of Downing's Bar and Grill. At the age of 11, Jeff was the youngest certified 1 volunteer firefighter in Missouri. He went to high school and played football in St. James, Missouri.

Jeffrey is survived by his mother: Betty Fowler and husband Richard of Ft Wayne, Indiana; father: Charles Griser of St. Louis, Missouri; one son: Aiden Charles Griser of Redding, California and his mother: Emily Hayes of Redding, California; one sister: Chrissy Griser of Kansas City, Missouri; two step-brothers: Kevin Fowler of Manhattan, Kansas and Timothy Fowler of Merryman, Kansas; grandparents: Lloyd and Roberta Richards of St. James, Missouri; Special Friend: Shannon Potter of Los Angeles, California; many aunts, uncles, cousins, step nieces, step nephews, and many friends.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents.

Services
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 8, 2005 from 6 - 8 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, January 9, 2006 at 11 AM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri with Reverend Mick Thrasher officiating.

Memorials are suggested to the Aiden Charles Griser Fund, c/o Country Club Bank, 44th and Belleview, Kansas City, Missouri 64111.
