James Alfred Foust of St. James, Mo. passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
James Foust was 65 years, 4 months and 22 days of age.

James Foust was born on February 10, 1948 in Waynesville, Mo. to his parents: Ervin Jr. and Frances (Ray) Foust. James Foust was united in marriage to Verlee G. Southard on May 24, 1968 at Broadway Baptist Church, Vichy, Mo. with Travis John officiating.

James Foust served his country for 4 years in the Army. He worked at the USGS for 22 years; did trucking owner operator for 18 years. He loved to fish, hunt and especially be with his grandkids. James Foust will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

James Foust is survived by his wife: Verlee G. (Southard) Foust; one son: Jim Foust and wife Kassie of St. James, Mo.; one daughter: Angela Ellen Smith of St. James, Mo.; one brother: Thomas Tommie Kulp of Jefferson City, Mo.; two half brothers: Mike Foust and Donny Foust of St. James, Mo.; grandchildren: Kylie Bartlett, Candice Veo, Hannah Pilkenton; Summer Pilkenton; step-grandmother: Ines Kulp of St. James, Mo.

Preceding James Foust in death is his parents: Ervin Jr. and Frances (Ray) Foust; stepfather: Arthur Kulp Jr.; father and mother-in-law: Arthur C. and Myrtle A. Southard; and granddaughter: Alexa Bartlett.

Visitation for James Foust was on Sunday, July 7, 2013 from noon till time of service at 2:00 P.M. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.

Memorial services were conducted on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo. with Don Carson officiating.

All arrangements were under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
