J. C. Land of St. James, Mo. passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Missouri Veteran's Home

in St. James, Mo. He was 75 years, 6 months and 25 days of age.

J. C. Land was born on July 31, 1942 in Lexington, Mississippi to his parents Robert and Ida Land.

J.C. Land is survived by sons: Jeremy Land; Joseph Land of Arlington, Texas; and Jonathan Land of St. Louis, Mo.; daughters: Gina Jackson of St. Louis, Mo. and Maria Land Terrell of St.Louis, Mo.; brothers: Robert Land Jr., Eugene Miller, Jimmy Williams, Tommy Williams and Kneely Williams ; sisters Julia Randle and Mary Rome and Helen Williams.

J.C. Land worked at the McDonald Douglas for several years. He did wire repairs on Jet planes. He was a craftsman and a fabricator. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation for J. C. Land will be t the Jones Funeral Home on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 9:30 to 10:00 A.M.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Waynesville, Mo. Pallbearers and Escort will be the Patrioit Guard Riders.
