Gracie Victoria Wycoff of St. James passed away Thursday, December 29, 2022 at her home.  She was 95 years of age.

Gracie, the daughter of the late Jessie Spencer and Christena (Sewell) Bagwell, was born May 4, 1927 in St. Louis, MO. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Wycoff on June 11, 1949 at the St. James Christian Church.

She is survived by her son, Larry Wycoff and wife, Denise of Waynesville, MO; daughter, Brenda Sue Hancock of St. James; five grandchildren: J. Warren Wycoff (Ileana Ridgely), Christopher Hancock (Christi), Chanel Caldwell (Bobby), Kristiana Bass (Tim) and Justin Wycoff (Jackie); and great grandchildren: Audra Wycoff, Ava Wycoff, Caiden Hancock, Gabriel Wycoff, Rowen Wycoff, Tripp Caldwell and Easton Caldwell.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lawrence who entered into rest on February 7, 2002; son, Kevin who entered into rest on July 10, 2002; infant sister, Katherine Bagwell; brother, Richard Bagwell; sister, Norma Ruth Lewis; and brother-in-law, Gene Lewis.

Gracie owned and operated a beauty shop for 24 years. In 1981, she obtained her real estate license and worked with Century 21 Realtors. She also helped her husband in the family farm implement business, Wycoff Implements, for many years.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM Friday, January 6. 2023 at Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 6, 2023 at Jones Funeral Home with Pastor Don Carson officiating. Pallbearers will be Randall Lewis, Justin Wycoff, Larry Wycoff, Christopher Hancock, Bobbie Caldwell, and Larry Romine. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery.
