Gladys J. Luna of St. James passed away Wednesday December 25, 2013 at the Rolla Health and Rehabilitation Suites. She was 101 years 8 months and 7 days of age.

Gladys Luna was born April 18, 1912 at Norman, Mo., the daughter of the late John and Eliza Eleanor Adams Seaton.

On December 18, 1932 in St. Louis, Gladys Seaton was united in marriage to Glenn Luna. To this union two children were born.

Gladys Luna is survived by one son: Norman Gene Luna and his wife Janice of Searcy, Arkansas. One daughter : Janet Franke of St. Louis. Five grandchildren: Larry, Neil, Rick, Jeanene and Taleen. Seven Great-Grandchildren Jennifer, Kristen, Lauren, Andrena, Oliviah, Zane and Bentley. Along with 3 great-Great Grandchildren: Kyle, Kaitlyn and Addison. Further survived by nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Gladys Luna is preceded in death by her parents, husband Glenn Luna who entered into rest August 21, 1994. Son-In-Law: Vernon Franke . Four sisters: Lucille Seaton, Adda Bottorff, Beatrice Breuer and Delores Bennetsen. Along with one Grandson Matthew.

Services
Gladys J. Luna will lie in state Friday December 27, 2013 from 6-8 pm at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 28, 2013 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Lynn Huggins Officiating. Burial will be in the family plot at the Asher Cemetery. Memorials may be given the the Phelps Regional Hospice.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
