Obituary

Gilbert (Ron) Allerheiligen was born in 1943 to Arnold and Mildred Allerheiligen. He had three brothers: David, Milton, and William.

In 1964, Ron married Marilyn Kincheloe, and to this union twins were born: Jonathan and Jessica. Ron attended seminary and graduate school, earning two master’s degrees. Most of his life, he worked as a chaplain or pastoral counselor. His hobby for some thirty-eight years was martial arts.

Ron’s favorite saying throughout his life was: “The most important thing in life is to stay in close fellowship with the Lord, then everything else will take its proper place in its proper time.”

Ron’s testimony: “Hold fast to Jesus, and what He did at the cross so that your sins might be forgiven and your name written in the Lamb’s Book of Life (Luke 10:20 & Rev. 20:11–15). Follow Jesus, then the glories of Heaven await.”

Ron will lie in state at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2026, at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2026, at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri, with Pastor Mick Thrasher officiating. Burial will be in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Missouri.
