Gerald Wayne Copeland of St. James passed away at him home on October 1, 2009. He was 68 years and 7 days of age.

Gerald Copeland was born September 24, 1941 at St. James the son of the late Leslie and Ruth (Jones) Copeland.

On September 24, 1975 at St. James he was united in marriage to Jane (Hanes) Copeland.

Gerald Copeland is survived by wife: Jane Copeland of St. James, MO. Daughters: Gracie Price and Husband Allen of Belle, Mo., Anna Power and husband Martin of St. James Sons: Randall and Timothy Copland; Brothers: Hughie Copeland and David Copeland both of St. James along with four grandchildren: Rorie, Merandie, and Sonya Copeland and Max Power.

Services
Gerald Copeland will lie in state from 6-8 pm Friday October 2, 2009 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.

Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday October 3, 2009 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Phil Cox officiating. Burial will full military honors will be conducted at the family plot at the Miles Cemetery near St. James.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.
