Fay Ross was born on August 23, 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri to her parents: Jim and Edith (Phillips) Carrigan.

Fay Ross was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church in rural St. James, Missouri. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Fay Ross is survived by her loving husband of the home: Virgil E. Ross of St. James, Missouri; three Dear daughters: Brenda Palmer and husband Terry of Steelville, Missouri; Chris Storm and husband Donnie of Licking, Missouri; and Jeannie Boyce of Phoenix, Arizona; three brothers: Charles Buhlinger of Owensville, Missouri; and John Carrigan and Jim Buhlinger of St. James, Missouri; and one sister: Edith Schneider of St. James, Missouri; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends. Fay will be greatly miss by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding Fay in death is her parents: Jim and Edith (Phillips) Carrigan and one brother: Morris Carrigan.

Fay Ann Ross was cremated; no services are planned.
