Ernest Neal Pryor of Warrenton, Mo., formely of St. James passed away suddenly Sunday July 19, 2008. He was 78 years of age.

Neal as he was known by his family and friends, was born May 24, 1931 the son of the late Raymond Samual and Thelma Alice (Martin) Pryor.

Neal was united in marriage to Vera Claudine Williams on January 25, 1953 at Heartford, Illinois. She survives at the family home.

Neal is survived by his beloved wife Vera of 56 years. One daughter Lynn Marie Brown and husband Don of Warrenton, Mo., sisters: Rose Mary Barber of Kansas City, Missouri., and Rhea Alice Cordsmeyer of Columbia, Mo. and one very special grandaughter Amanda Lynn Wade of Warrenton, Mo.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one son David Neal Pryor who entered into rest March 20th, 1980.

Services
Neal Pryor will lie in state at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James from 4-7 pm on Tuesday July 21, 2009.

Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday July 22, 2009 at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James with Rick Mosher officiating. Burial with full military honors will be at the family plot at the Rolla Cemetery. Memorial may be given to the Muscular Sclerosis Foundation.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
