Emory Nicole Ray, precious baby girl of Justin Ray and Taylor Schaffer, entered into heaven in the arms of angels on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Children's Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was 4 months of age.

Emory was born August 10, 2022 in Jefferson City, Missouri.

She is survived by her loving parents, Justin and Taylor of St. James, MO; brother, Britton Lecure of Jefferson City, MO; sister, Autry Ray of St. James, MO; paternal grandparents: Jerry and Claudette Ray of St. James; maternal grandparents: Jackie Willman and husband, Darrel and Shawn Schaffer and wife, Jordan; maternal great grandparent, Karen Nieward; paternal great grandparents, Garry and Janis VanKirk of Licking, MO and Jerry and Linda Ray of St. James, MO; aunts: Addie and Avery Schaffer, Sierra Willman and Abby Beakley and husband, Lucas and uncle, Cullen Willman.

She is preceded in death by brother, Jayse Ray; maternal great parents: Reuben Niewald and Charles and Pamela Schafffer.

Emory will lie in state 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Monday, January 2, 2023 at Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, January 2, 2023 at Jones Funeral Home with Bro. Mick Thrasher officiating. Burial of her ashes will be in the family plot at Bowen Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Jones Funeral Home in St. James, MO.
