Elsie Francis Pearce of St. James, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at the Phelps County Regional Hospital in Rolla, Missouri. She was 85 years, 10 months and 11 days of age.

Elsie was born on October 7, 1924 to her parents: Luther T. and Florence (Vulgamore) Peters.

Elsie is survived by one daughter: Lisa Christen and husband David of St. James, Missouri; one son: Joseph Pearce and wife Rina of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; four grandsons: Brandon; Steven; Shannon; and Glen and a host of family and friends. Elsie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding Elsie Pearce in death are her parents: Luther T. and Florence (Vulgamore) Peters; and one brother: Robert Peters.

Services
Visitation for Elsie Pearce will be from 12 noon till time of memorial service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri with Aaron Jeffers officiating. Music will be provided by Don Davis.

Memorials may be made to the Rolla Manor Center in Rolla, Missouri.

All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
